For maximum effectiveness, FAZUP needs to be adhered to a position that is specific to your smartphone model. All you need is the FAZUP Positioning Toolkit.
The Fazup patch is positioned differently depending on the mobile model it is being attached to. The patch can be centred, offset or even follow the curve of the mobile.
> Look in the «Settings» menu of your mobile.
> Restart your mobile; on some brands the home screen displays the mobile reference (Samsung for example).
Assemble:
> 3 metal guides
> Foam positioning tool
> Positioning guide
Insert the 3 metal guides into the slots of the positionner according to the coordinates specific to your mobile model (see coordinates on the position guide).
Remove the adhesive film from Fazup.
Then insert the patch into the transparent casing of the
positionner (adhesive side towards you, with the help of the non-stick tool if necessary. The tongue of the patch is placed in the tongue of the foam. If the transparent casing
is not inserted in the foam, it is inserted from below).
Clean the rear panel and the lower edge of your mobile and insert it into the positionner until it touches the metal guide (mobile screen towards you).
Take the set in your hand and press once under the casing containing the patch.
Finish applying the patch with your finger (starting from the centre and pressing outwards to remove any air bubbles, press firmly on the edge of the mobile).
IMPORTANT: To protect Fazup, use a protective case.
FAZUP is guaranteed against manufacturing defects: make sure that the circuit board does not have any faults before sticking Fazup to it (abnormal circuit interruption or missing track). If this is the case, contact Fazup customer service.
> Fazup is guaranteed to have an unlimited lifetime on your mobile phone, if you use a protective case that completely covers the patch.
> Fazup products are manufactured in France and are totally passive (no emissions). They do not contain any hazardous substances as outlined by RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, either in the materials used or in the production processes.
> Do not cut the circuit or you may permanently alter the way the product functions.
> Do not position Fazup without the help of the pre-configured positionner for your model of mobile phone.
> Do not apply Fazup on an incompatible mobile.
> The effectiveness of Fazup is not guaranteed when used with non-compatible accessories (protective metal cases which manufacturers also do not recommend for use-read the instructions for your mobile) or in the case of association with another anti-wave device (shell, pouch or cover, patches, stones, etc.).
> Fazup is not intended to be removable, it is highly adhesive and must remain attached to a mobile over a long period. Taking off the Fazup «breaks» the structure of the conductive ink component of the antenna, its effectiveness can be impaired or destroyed in this way.
For optimal operation of your mobile or when you notice slowdowns, applications with bugs, connection problems, etc., remember to regularly force your phone to restart.
Important:
This is a hard reboot, search the Internet for how to handle your model of mobile phone, this operation does not erase any data, don’t get it mixed up with resetting the phone.
