Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As a customer of the emlshield.com, you have two choices regarding products purchased in case you maybe not happy with your product. You may return and get a refund or exchange your product.

Return Policy

 We are practicing a 30-days satisfaction policy;

it means that you can return our item in 30 days. All products have a 30-day return policy from the delivery day. We will issue a full refund to the original payment form if the product complies with eligibility terms once received from the payee:
  1. Original packaging
  2. All original parts must be presented
  3. Receipt or invoice, proof of purchase
Refunds If you are missing one or more items from the eligibility list, please contact Lshield before return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a refund. We would not refund if a product doesn’t comply with eligibility terms unless it was prior notified by the payee by contacting Lshield LLC. We allow up to 2 refunds per household per single item purchased in one standard calendar year. Any request for a waiver of this rule, please contact us. A full refund may take 2-3 weeks and relies on a standard business day calendar. Refunds exclude sales tax imposed at check out and only for the face value of the product. The product purchased at a discounted rate will be refunded based on the discount and NOT the original price. We’ll refund you in 2 business days after receiving the refundable item.   Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. It may take up to 3-5 bank days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next step, please, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Do not contact Manufacture or PayPal Merchant for refund requests before contacting us for resolution. It is within our interests to provide expedited service and make sure that our customers and vendors are happy with the services offered. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will only exchange for the same type of product at equal face value. Lshield LLC reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product received by Lshield LLC during the exchange transaction doesn’t fit the description of the initially purchased item.
